Everybody who works here is extremely pleasant and helpful when it comes to assisting customers in choosing from the many healthy alternatives on the menu.

On a hot, sunny day, the Mangue and Melon in Atwater market is a must-stop for a refreshing beverage. Our Beta blend of carrot, orange, and ginger has been so popular that we’ve rarely bothered to attempt anything else.

Juices come in a wide variety of flavors and colors, with new combinations being introduced on a regular basis. Three cup sizes are available for the vegetable and fruit mixtures.

The girl behind the booth had a lot of medium Beta left over from our last visit, so we split it amongst ourselves.

Phone: (514) 962-8043

On my way south on St-Laurent a few months ago, I passed by their shop and made a mental note—it looked like a cafe worth checking out.

When I first saw it, I had a sense it was going to be a standout. I also observed that it was located in a high-traffic region immediately north of Sherbrooke St., the entryway to St. Laurent.

It certainly helps if you’ve lived there for a long time and are familiar with the area’s history and current events.

Based on a recent visit, it appears there is nothing to be concerned about in that regard; these men are clearly knowledgeable about coffee and appear to have an appreciation for its beauty.

As a barista competitor in Europe would expect, their teas and coffee are prepared to an exacting level of accuracy. As a bonus, they can also create latte art. This whole process of making an Americano still hasn’t left me.

No doubt about it, that was one of the greatest cups of coffee I’ve ever had.
