Damas

Damas, located in the center of Outremont, is the place to go for an exquisite Christmas dinner service.

Fresh mezzes, grilled meats, and succulent seafood are just some of the delicacies on the menu at this famous eatery in the city.

One of our favorite dishes here is the shish-taouk platter, which has succulent chicken marinated in an aromatic garlic sauce with an array of otherworldly flavors.

If you’re feeling particularly daring, make a reservation in advance for the tasting menu and consult with the sommelier about the best wine to accompany it.

The Ateliers Castelnau apartment development in the Mile-Ex neighborhood, to the north, is likewise only a 10-minute drive away.

Is there room for a SIXTH star? As of right now, this is my absolute fave brunch location on the earth!!! There’s always a queue;

I went TWICE on a long weekend trip and waited in the frigid cold for an hour each time (weekend and weekday). However, the wait was totally worth it!

The meal is delicious, the quantities are substantial, and the service is excellent! How can you ask for anything more?

No need to seek any further; this is the best breakfast establishment in town! Don’t let the line dissuade you; you won’t be sorry! Let’s get this party started! You’ll thank me later.

Le Majestique

Address: 4105 Boulevard Saint-Laurent Montreal, QC H2W 1Y7

Website: http://www.restobarmajestique.com/

Phone:(514) 439-1850

Welk, braised pork belly and the duck tartare were all excellent choices for me. Wish I had more bread with the Welk so I could scrape the butter off the bottom!

We had an enjoyable experience at La Majestique thanks to the helpful and welcoming personnel.

La Banquise

Address: 994 Rue Rachel E Montreal, QC H2J 2J3

Website: http://www.labanquise.com

Phone:(514) 525-2415

Got a dependable Fred Caillou around here? (Fred Flinstone in Quebec French).

It was wonderful, but a little too much for one person to handle at once. Despite the abundance of meat, the gravy wasn’t overpowering, and the meal was well-balanced.

The curds and fries had a good amount of squeak to them, and the fries were really crisp.

Barranco

Address: 4552 Rue Saint-Denis Montreal, QC H2J 2L3

To me, Solymar was the only worthwhile Peruvian restaurant in town. Barranco just won fair and square, despite my affection for Solymar.

The finest drink I’ve ever drank was one of theirs. Amazingly, you can taste all of the different flavors in this dish. Just try it, you won’t believe what you’re missing out on.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, and the cuisine was out of this world. I’m pleased I went to barranco for my first experience with octopus.

It’s possible that a single terrible encounter tainted my overall opinion of the dinner, given how skeptical I was before.

Au Pied de Cochon

Address: 536 Avenue Duluth E Montreal, QC H2L 1A9

Website: http://aupieddecochon.ca

Phone:(514) 281-1114

Located in the Mont Royal district, this eatery boasts a welcoming vibe. You’ll be inundated with wonderful aromas as soon as you enter this eatery, which is definitely a work of God (or Satan, if you choose) in the kitchen.

Everyone else drank wine, but I began with a Ginette. It was a vibrant green color and really mouthwatering. The cromesquis, pig tongue, and bread and butter were our first course.

I found the cromesquis to be an excellent first dish. We had to use the bread to mop up the delicious sauce that was served with the tongue.

Le Passé Composé

Address: 1310 Boulevard de Maisonneuve E Montreal, QC H2L 2A5

Website: http://www.bistropassecompose.com/

Phone:(514) 524-6663

Brunch at its finest! Those servings are massive! (or at least they were for me). It was a lot of food, especially the poached egg with boar.

Also tried the poached egg with foie gras. Delicious although a little smaller than the boar poached egg. If I could, I’d eat it every day.

I had no issues with the service. I’m looking forward to returning.

Ibéricos

Address: 4475 Rue Saint-Denis Montreal, QC H2J 2L2

Phone: (514) 845-4475

We came for a business dinner, and the food was excellent ( found on Yelp as usual). A few steps away from the main street leads to a Spanish treat.

Wines from around the world are on the menu, followed by a few Spanish classics. Everything from olives to prawns to croquets to the board was on the menu for us.

Excellent customer service and a bustling audience ( was surprised there were no beef selections ). But this is a good option for Tapas because of the superb taste, atmosphere, and service it provides.

Kazu

Address: 1844 Rue Sainte-Catherine O Montreal, QC H3H 1M1

Website: http://kazumontreal.com/

Phone:(514) 937-2333

There are a lot of great options, but if you’re concerned about leaving stuffed from a restaurant like this, get a crab croquette for $5.

It’s delicious and full, which is a win-win situation. You won’t be sorry for doing so. The rest of the meal was excellent as well.

If you’re looking for a quiet location to dine, this isn’t it. The entire procedure is geared toward getting you your meal quickly so that the next table outdoors can be seated.

Thrilled with their attention to detail in the area of safety. At the entrance, you’ll have a temperature and mask check, and they’ll also take down your name and phone number in case they need to get in touch with you.

The grill is set up and the trimmings are served to your table as soon as possible. I couldn’t even begin to choose!

In addition to the corn, there was a wide variety of other dishes to choose from, including kimchi, tofu soup, lettuce leaves, glass noodles, and the salty dipping oil that I really enjoyed.

You have the option to replenish any of them at any time.
