The 24 Best Places To Celebrate Your Birthday In Montreal 2022

Happy birthday, Montreal! If you’re in the city this weekend, make sure you make some time to celebrate with family and friends.

When you get a birthday, you want to make it special. So, you decide to take your friends or family out for a delicious dinner or a fancy dinner, or perhaps a fun outdoor party.

However, you do not want to choose a restaurant where there are a lot of people and the noise is too much for you to enjoy.

Here are our picks for the 24 best places to celebrate your birthday in Montreal, including bars, restaurants, lounges and more.

Best place to celebrate birthday in Montreal, QC, Canada

KINKA IZAKAYA MONTREAL

Address: 1624 Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest Montreal, QC H3H 2S7 Canada

Website: http://www.kinka.com

Phone: (514) 750-1624

At Kinka Izakaya, I found the environment to be really welcoming. All of the staff members, including the cooks and waiters, were extraordinarily kind and welcoming, and they greeted everyone that entered the restaurant.

In spite of its noisy ambience, it’s an excellent spot to relax and unwind with few cocktails! On a Friday night, we had booked appointments at 10:00 PM, but we didn’t be seated until about 25 minutes later.

Probably because the place remained crowded throughout the night.

It’s easy to spend a lot of money at this restaurant because the food is cheaply priced, but you won’t feel satisfied after eating just a few things. This is just a good option if you’re looking for a quick bite or a few drinks.

Le Lab

Address: 279 Rue Sainte-Catherine E Montreal, QC H2X 1L5 Canada

Website: https://barlelab.com

Phone: (514) 303-1131

Gabrielle Panaccio, the bar’s owner, conducted a fun mixology session tonight, teaching us the basics of making sour and muddled drinks at home.

It was a fantastic workshop, and I strongly recommend purchasing their home-brewed vermouth and bitters. Orders for pandemic stay-at-homes are now being fulfilled by them.

the Ritz-Carlton Montreal

Address: 1228 Sherbrooke St West Montréal, QC H3G 1H6 Canada

Website: http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/hotels/canada/montreal

Phone: (514) 842-4212

Afternoon High Tea at the Ritz-Carlton was the perfect way to celebrate my Mami’s birthday and reach my 300th review on Yelp!

For my mother’s birthday, I had requested a reservation and indicated that it would be a special occasion! I was able to reserve my reservation and get answers to my questions via email.

My reservation was confirmed with a phone call on the morning of our arrival, which was both kind and professional.

Evening Tea is provided from 12:30-3 (or 3:00) and we selected for the 12:30 time slot, which allowed us to choose our seats. It had an incredible fireplace, as well as a stylish and elegant design.

A house-made chocolate “Happy Birthday” sign could be added to the tea sandwich tower for an additional $36.00 Canadian, or a chocolate cake could be purchased for the occasion.

Because we were on a road trip and couldn’t eat a lot of cake, I went with the chocolate “Happy Birthday” sign.

Candi Bar

Address: 1148 Avenue du Mont Royal Montreal, QC H2J 1X9 Canada

Phone: (514) 524-4075

It was a fantastic opportunity! All the popular songs were played, and the music was excellent. The disco balls twirling and the many colored lights added to the ambiance.

Drinks tasted mediocre. “Mr Freeze” was a concoction of curcaçao blue and citrus vodka, with a dash of lime juice.

My drink was quite potent, although I’m not sure if that was due to a mix-up on my part or what. A variety of candy and gummy bears adorn the package, giving it a festive appearance.

Everything on it! That’s awesome! A large wooden lollipop with the products inscribed on it and a square menu constructed entirely of pink and purple lego pieces are the two options.

Not to mention the fact that the entire bar appears to be constructed from Legos!

Salles De Quilles G Plus

Address: 920 Saint-Zotique Rue E Montreal, QC H2S 1M8 Canada

Phone: (514) 274-0797

The bowling alley has a unique 1980s vibe, and I’m a fan. There are a lot of lanes to choose from and a nice atmosphere. Because of their terrible customer service, I’m removing two stars.

As a result, I was unable to make a reservation with Daniel on the phone since he couldn’t get the information straight in both French and English.

On the other hand, when we arrived to the venue (reserved for a group of 12), we found that the staff had failed to communicate effectively with any of us.

Room and additional price, music, and booking hours are all included!

To be told “26 minutes” when you asked a question, only to be told the wrong time again 20 minutes later because the service worker made a mistake AGAIN was aggravating.

Since it was a birthday celebration, it was very upsetting for the entire group. That night, they seemed to be vying for the title of “worst customer service.” I’ll stay away from this spot for the time being, even if I enjoy bowling.

Kampaï Garden

Address: 1616 Rue Sainte-Catherine O Montreal, QC H3H 1L9 Canada

When in Montreal, this is a must-see! When I’m in town, this is the one spot I always make a point to visit.

The restaurant is a great spot to hang out with friends because of the creative and distinctive design and the playful yet stylish ambiance. Aside from dining, there’s a lot to do in the restaurant.

The service and cuisine are excellent, too, making this a great place to eat and drink. It’s easy to go in and out, and the staff is kind. Despite the reduced serving sizes, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced.

In both Western and Asian cuisines, the chefs do a fantastic job of highlighting the greatest tastes. I’d give it an 11 out of 10.

Le Boulevardier

Address: 2050 Rue Mansfield Montreal, QC H3A 1Y9 Canada

Website: https://leboulevardierrestaurant.com/

Phone: (514) 985-6072

The three-course meal is a must-order. The suckling pig appetizer and fish cheeks are my favorites. Both of these are extremely rare and difficult to come by elsewhere.

Two pieces of soft fish fillet and two pieces of fish cheeks make up the fish cheeks. In terms of entrees and appetizers, there are plenty of additional choices.

Also, the dessert is fantastic! In a motel on the second story, they’re in a strange situation. To secure your seats, you must make a reservation.

Jérôme Ferrer Europea

Address: 1065 Rue de la Montagne Montreal, QC H3G 0B9 Canada

Website: https://jeromeferrer.ca

Phone: (514) 398-9229

My boyfriend’s birthday was the reason for our trip to Europe. We thoroughly loved the set dinner, which was a new experience for both of us.

The meal, especially the main course (beef three ways), was excellent, as was the service. Whether or whether you’re a vegan, this restaurant is worth a visit.

Confetti Bliss

Website: http://www.confettibliss.com

Phone: (438) 886-8189

La Raclette

Address: 1059 Rue Gilford Montreal, QC H2J 1P7 Canada

Website: http://laraclette.ca

Phone: (514) 524-8118

It was an amazing experience! To get there, I took a cab from Montreal Centre, although it’s also easily reachable via metro.

When it comes to ordering, they have excellent command of the English language and are a wonderful assistance (they do have an English menu). To celebrate a 40th birthday, we went to the restaurant. It was a fantastic meal!

The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is warm and helpful. The raclette, which we ordered, was exquisite. We had the best supper of our vacation in Montreal!

The fact that we could bring our own wine further reduced the overall cost. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel

As the first and only chef in Canada to import and serve Kobe beef from Japan, Park’s cuisine is attracting attention.

The “Parrillada Completa” – a mixed grill of meats – is house speciality, although if it’s on special, a Kobe beef burger will do.
